A couple of weeks ago the number of people who downloaded my 7 Secrets Book passed 1,000! Woo hoo! See the comma.
Part of me feels nervous telling you this. As if I’m somehow shattering the myth of the Lisa Esile empire. Like, maybe you thought I already had two comma’s. Tee hee.
But to me, that little comma is a BIG deal. Such a big deal that a couple of times I even logged into my account just to see it.
It’s a big deal because it suggests to me I’m being useful in some way, and one of my real life desires is to be effective, to reach people and make life easier for others.
It’s a big deal because it wasn’t so long ago that I was nervously writing to an audience of 0. (See My Secret Blog, below)
And it’s a big deal because I know that little comma has come about because so many of you share what I do with friends and family.
I’m so grateful to have you with me. (And grateful too for Lori Deschene at Tiny Buddha, the wonderful community website where I’ve met so many of you.) THANK YOU! SO VERY MUCH!
And now I’m shouting. By way of thanks, I’d like to give away two of the last remaining sets of Life Cards…
To enter the draw to win one of TWO SETS of Life Cards all you need to do is comment on this weeks blog post. Anything that’s on your mind will do. For example:
- A topic you’d like to see covered
- A specific question you have
- What you thought of Life Cards and/or 7 Secrets. (Be honest, I can take it!)
- How you heard about me?
- What the weather’s like at your place?
- Whether you think I should stick with a fringe (bangs) or grow it out?
- Who your second favorite blogger is, and if that person’s you, who are you and what do you blog about?
- Or just say “hi!”
You need to be a Lisa Esile subscriber to enter. Which you will be if you receive emails from me or have downloaded my book. Winners drawn, random like, this time next week.
Best of luck! Lisa XX
Update: The Life Cards give-a-way has ended, and congratulations to Cata and Lois who won! But if you’d like to say hi, or share your thoughts, please do on this page or any other page. I respond to every note and love to hear from you!
PS: When I first started writing, I was so nervous I kept it a secret… here’s an early post from my blog. (‘SEO’ stands for ‘Search engine optimization’)
