I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) for 8 years and was in bed for about 5 of them. I had a ton of counseling but I still struggled to feel relaxed and good about myself. There was no going back to my old life, but now what?
What really opened my eyes and gave me hope
Was when I started to see the mind games I was caught up in. It was as if a giant hand reached down and spun me 180 degrees and I could see what had been there all along: My inner wisdom and sense of ease.

How the one-on-one mini session works
We jump on the phone for about 20 minutes and I’ll show you a fresh way of thinking about things that you can start applying right that same day.
I won’t be able to point to all your mind snags—they have been with you most of your life after all—but I can definitely help with at least one of them.
Then I’m going to tell you how we can work together. There is no pressure at all. The aim of this mini coaching session is for to have a real result regardless of whether you want to continue working together or not. And we get to see if we’re a good fit.
Once you jump on the call with me you’ll notice that you will feel less panicked and more reassured. Not knowing what the next step is won’t be so upsetting. Ultimately this will lead to you feeling more in control of your life.
